The Oregon Community Foundation, one of the state’s largest grantmakers, said Friday it will funnel $100 million toward the construction of middle-income housing.President and CEO Lisa Mensah said the foundation’s Building Hope Fund will issue loans to homebuilders with the goal of financing 10,000 new housing units in the next 10 years.
